Return & Refund Policy
Spare parts purchased from vwclassicclub.com may be returned within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, provided that the products are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, without losing their resalable condition.
For customer satisfaction and statistical evaluation purposes, we kindly request that you specify the reason for return.
To initiate a return, it is sufficient for the customer to complete the product return form and send it to vwclubclassic.net.
For all return requests not caused by an error of vwclubclassic.net, shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Cash-on-delivery or unpaid shipments will not be accepted under any circumstances.
All return shipments must be sent via Yurt İçi Kargo.
Non-Returnable Products
Returns are strictly not accepted for automotive electrical and electronic parts purchased from vwclassicclub.com
Headlights, taillights, and turn signals are excluded from this category and are considered body parts, therefore eligible for return under standard conditions.

Please send the product(s) you wish to return complete and in good condition, together with:
Returns must be shipped to the address stated on the invoice via Yurt İçi Kargo.
To prevent damage to the original packaging, we recommend placing the product inside an additional protective bag or box.

Refund Process
After inspection of the returned product(s), the refund amount will be fully and without deduction transferred to your bank account or credit card, depending on the original payment method, within a maximum of seven (7) business days.
