Returns & Cancellations

At VW Classic Club, we want you to have a clear and straightforward shopping experience. Please review the return and cancellation conditions below before requesting a return.

Return Period

You may request a return within 7 days after receiving your order.

Return Conditions

Returned products must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging.

Products that have been installed, used, modified, damaged or returned without their original packaging may not be accepted for return.

Please contact VW Classic Club before sending a product back so that the return process can be reviewed and the necessary return information can be provided.

Electrical & Electronic Products

Electrical and electronic products are not eligible for return once they have been installed, connected or used.

International Returns

For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed by VW Classic Club.

Any customs duties, taxes, handling charges or other costs that may arise during the return shipment are also the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund process will be initiated if the product meets the return conditions. The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already been prepared or dispatched, the cancellation may need to be handled as a return.
